The hotel is ideally situated in a great location with a short walk to the main area and close to popular attractions. The rooms are stunning and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The bathrooms are beautifully designed, with great water pressure and luxurious towels. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast selection is incredible, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel also offers facilities such as a mini-fridge and a large bottle of water provided daily.
Some of the furniture upholstery and rugs in the hotel are stained, which takes away from the overall aesthetic beauty of the place.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, and its facilities were top-notch. I found the location to be perfect, right in the center of the spa area and by the river, offering beautiful views. The breakfast provided a wide range of options and was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable.

This hotel is a hidden gem with exceptional service and luxurious amenities. From the warm welcome at the reception to the beautifully furnished room, every detail was carefully thought through. the Spa & wellness centre was a wonderful experience, with an outstanding sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi and exclusive massage services that left us feeling relaxed and pampered. the restaurant was impressive, serving delicious food and drinks in an elegant and intimate setting. the location was perfect, close to beautiful streets and attractions.
The only negative aspect was an issue with the temperature control, which wasn't very intuitive to use and caused some discomfort during the first night. the staff was quick to offer assistance and provided clear instructions for the following days.
